What this is. Don't Fret is an accountability coach. It helps you pick one small move a day toward a goal you chose, and coaches you to start.

What it is not. It is not medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice, and it never will be. For those, see a qualified professional. If you are in crisis in Singapore, call SOS at 1767, any time.

Your part. Your goal and your actions are yours. The app records what you tell it, honestly, and shows it back to you.

Fair use. One account per person. Don't abuse the coach or the service.

Leaving. Export and delete your account any time, from inside the app.
