What we hold. Your name, email, your goal, your moves, your session debriefs, what you type to the coach, and what the coach remembers. That is the full list.

What the coach reads. The coaching runs on a third party AI provider. It receives your goal, your current move, your progress numbers, and what you type. It does not receive your email or password. We do not use your data to train models.

What we never do. No selling of data. No third party analytics holding your personal details. No advice on health, diet, medicine, or money, so none of that is collected.

Your controls. You can see and delete every coach memory on your account page. You can export everything as one file. You can delete your account from inside the app, and deletion is real and immediate.
